Siemens ALM license transfer to remote server

Hello,
Recently during transfering license to a remote server I am receiving message that the license cannot be transfered with details stating:

Template SIFLA9XET11600 (10411000916195149066) could not be installed (b8).

Has anyone encountered similiar issue? (ALM 6.0 SP8)

Hello,
I am using the "regular" method with ALM: Right click on license -> transfer... -> pickup the HDD on the remote server.

Configuration of the ALM is not blocking the transfer and all licenses are floating.

In the past this transfer was working fine until I upgraded from V15 to V16.

If this transfer procedure is not working properly, you may be able to carry it out via an offline transfer.  As of the following link, extracted from the ALM manual, it is indicated how:
