Hi, as already mentoined the Interference voltage suppression for interference frequency should be set to the power supply freqency, in this case 50Hz. But no, the configured interference frequency directly effects the integration/basic conversion time of the channel. So if you set 400Hz, this will result in a faster integration/conversion time. But you may run into troubles with the quality of the signal as the frequency differs from the power supply. Maybe the following FAQ can help. The FAQ is written for another module, so the values will not match your module. But the principle is the same.
