I'm working on a previous/old project forWinCC(screen) upgradationwhich was programmed on SIMATIC MANAGERSTEP7 V5.x,Screen designs in SIMATICWinCC flexiblefor SIMATIC S7-400 PLC.

My question is,is it possible to design new WinCC Screens in TIA portal, and work with S7-400 PLC.

and what are the necessary steps to be taken.

Yes, you can work with the S7-400 and the HMI panel in TIA Portal or you can continue working with the S7-400 in STEP 7 Simatic Manager and the HMI panel in TIA Portal.
