As already described, you can't query the Logo clock time directly in the program. There are two indirect options:

One is to build an auxiliary clock that synchronizes with the Logo clock every hour. However, this has the disadvantage that after a failure or program restart, an incorrect time in the minute range is displayed until the next full hour.

Or you can get the time from a second Logo. I've already described this procedure in the German section of the forum.
