How can I import a file with SIMATIC SD format to TIA Portal via Openness?

I have safety FCs in KOP and want to export and import them with TIA Openness.

The export function works, but I do not know how the import function works.

In the documentation from Siemens is only an example for the export function: Representation of LAD program code in SIMATIC SD format (S7-1200, S7-1500) • Creating and managing blocks • Reader • TIA Portal Information System 

Can someone give me an example for the import function? Do I need to import the file with the ending ".s7dcl" and the function ImportFromDocuments? When I export the FC, then I have two files (.s7dcl and .s7res) and I do not know, if I have to import the .s7res file, too...
