I encountered this problem in Step7 TIA19.

Although the timer counter is updated periodically correctly.

For example, it works fine in Codesys.

TimeForCycle_TON : TON_TIME

#TimeForCycle_TON(IN := NOT (#TimeForCycle_TON.Q),
                  PT := t#1s);

IF #TimeForCycle_TON.Q THEN

     #cnt := #cnt +1; // It never gets to this point.

END_IF;
