about an alarm

richie Posts: 7 Rating: (1)	Dear all: During programming, i met a problem about an alarm in PCS7 V6.0 SP3. After i configured hardware and compiled,then i actived os, i found a alarm message: CPU1/@(2)/SIMATIC_400_1 OB_BEGIN:diagnostic error RALRAM STATUS=c0700000 i have checked the cfc and did not find any problem, there was only one block:OB_BEGIN inserted automaticlly in @(2)! Please help me the reason for the alrm ,thanks a lot! With all you happy everyday![:D]

balu Posts: 69 Rating: (9)	Hi richie, the fault message is explained in the chapter 8.3 of the document http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1214574 For information: OB_Begin calls SFB54. described in Help of OB_Begin (F1 on OB) But the documentation says there is no error. maybe i get more infos from a collegue. hold on and be happy Balu

Stuart1Stone Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Richie, Are you using the PLC SIM to build and test your project ?, I've had the same message in WinCC when using the PLC SIM ver 5.2. However whenI've downloaded the project to an actual416 controller the project is fine, I don't get the same message. Let us know how you are building / testing your PCS7. Hope this helps.
