VAN Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir I facing problem of ULTRAMAT 6E, The problem is when they calibrated, it alway showerror W2 and W3.( manual instruct to clean sample cell or replace light sorce or detector)Could you tell me how to check the light souce and detector performance?( resistanor etc) Regards, VAN Note: This analyser have 3 detectors,only one SO have channel have problem.. 1) CO 2) SO 3) NO

Dear Sir,
we presume that the measuring chamber is polluted.
Please check and if necessary clean .

Question: Causes: Answer:

Zero adjustment reserve used up by 80 % <<<W 2>>>	The analyzer cell is contaminated. Drift response.	Clean the analyzer cell as described in Section 8.2.2.4. Readjust the IR source if necessary
Signal voltage < 30 % of full-scale value with sensitivity <<<W 3>>>	An incorrect calibration gas has been used. The detector is faulty. An incorrect measuring range has been selected for this calibration.	Check the calibration gas. adjustment Replace the detector . Select the appropriate measuring range.
