Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply.Please find here with attachment of Diagnostics Screenshot for Power Meter Communication.I remembered the error code is A083.I will post that screenshot tomorrow. The Power Supply for PLC and Scalance is different. (SITOP Modular Redundant Module is used). 6GK5 310-0BA00-2AA3 (SCALANCE X310, MANAGED IE SWITCH) is used. Totally 8 Switches are used. 4 Switches (4 * 6 = 24 Power meters are Connected.) Another 3 switches (3 * 4 = 12) and one switch having 5 power meter connection. total = 24+12+5 = 41 power meters. Dear Sir, Please find here with attachment (Modbus TCP.zip) of Picture (Hotfix.JPG) about Hotfix Which i got from siemens.I installed in Computer.But Same problem exists. Hello SIr, Thanks for your information.Previously I didn't uninstall old library.That was the mistake.Now I did that. Version Got changed.FB1733 - MODB4H - V1.3 (Ref Pic:- Modbus_TCP_Block.jpg). But Same problem persists. I tried with AG_CNTRL FC 10 Library block of SIMATIC_NET_CP. As per the manual by using Command 3 in that block it has to show all active IP connections in Result 1 and Result 2. Actually Active connections are 36 out of 41. But Result of that block is 16 connections are active (It is changing continuosly from 15 to 20). Communication got disturbed. Hello Srinath, you can download powerconfig V2.3 here: Download Powerconfig V2.3 The synchronisation problem that A01E indicates can happen with a physical connection that is OK. This is why a Network trace is usefull. Not only to see if and who closes the connections, but also to see the communication itself. According to the online help of AG_CNTRL you are correct, command 3 shows the active connections. Did you compare the result to the number of active connections that you can see in the diagnostics of the CP? Since there seem to be synchronisation problems, it won't help to compare the number of active connections with the number of working Modbus blocks. There are two different things you should look at: 1. TCP connection in NetPro: These connections need to be established. And since the PACs are the Modbus servers, they should not close the connections as long as there is communication going on. As far as I remember, they close the connections if they did not receive any telegrams for 2 minutes. 2. Communication with the Modbus block: Only if the connections in NetPro are OK, the communication via the Modbus blocks can work. But even if the connections are established, there still can be problems like synchronisation errors. Regards Sakura |

Hello Sir, Yes I also thought same.But what is the reason for PAC itself to close the connections?? Is there any settings need to do in PAC 3200? I already tried with so many options.But No Improvement. Today I tried to update firmware of PAC 3200 by using Power Config Software.
