hello I have a problem with my V90PTI drive. It gives me alarm A30042 and I don't know how to solve it. look for parameters P0251 and P0254 to perform a reset, but they do not appear in the list of parameters. Also look for R2124 and nothing. A solution would be very helpful.  Greetings.

The version where the parameter p251 comes out is from the manual v90 version 2021. the one we have is the manual version v90 2015-2017 (in this version the p251 parameter does not appear due to the firmware version V10400). the solution that siemens gave us was to update the firmware to the most recent version so that the parameter would appear and be able to modify it (it worked). 

I leave an image of the first parameter that appears in the manual of the v90pti version 2015-2017. (in which p251 does not appear)

With the firmware version that we have (v10400) that parameter does not appear both on the screen and on PC, but when updating the firmware to the most recent version it does appear and we managed to solve the problem.

I have the same problem like you with an V90,I can't see P0251 on list of parameters,I tried all the version of the V-asistant commisionig tool but without results.

Could you tell me please how you made update firmawe?
