back-up with Pro Tool from TP177 micro panel

I have a TP 177 micro panel faulty and I wish to make a back-up with ProSave.When I tried to check "Enable Channel" for serial communication the panel asked me for the password.I wrote 100 (default password) but a message appear that the pasword is wrong. What can I do the back-up in this case?There is any other possibility? Thank you!
