G120X multi-pump multi-drive

Dear all,

I want to make an application that two G120X drives controlling two pumps as a pressure booster.

the sequence is attached.

the problem is that in Vaccon Drive there is a communication between the drives and can be controlled without a plc with a preset configuration inside the drive which I can't find anything similar at siemens G120X.

Looks a bit complex for a number of pumps, for two devices operating in PI control, this will work well.

thank you very much but my situation is different. in the manual one drive controls multi-pump. but in my case, each pump has its own drive and I want to make sequencing without a PLC.

Hi, with this Siemens option only one motor is VSD driven, and the fixed speed motor is brought in as the PI Control has run out of 'steam', (speed).

There is no communication between these drives at the level which the Vacon device works. The Siemens way is to do this in a PLC.

As far as I understand the G120X, cannot do what you want, it may be possible that someone can come along and prove me wrong.

It would also be useful if I could be proved correct, then you know where you are with this.
