You write in SIMATIC WinCC(TIA Portal) category, so first we need to know which Panel you use Basic or Comfort?

I think if comfort you can write script for that.

i'm using basic

Have you looked through the available instructions by heading?  If not, come back when you have at least tried.

If so, what heading seems to match the type of thing you are trying to accomplish?

The quoted problem statement is a problem. It is not clear which actions are asked from our volunteers. Worse: We have no idea which equipment and software is used. It is not even clear from which skill base are we working from.

My suggestion: Reformulate the question while keeping in mind that the audience are strangers. The best chance for success is where there is a complete solution is not expected.

Helpful startup hints:
(1) Read the manual on the use of on a retentive timer (TONR).
(2) Make a sample project where one PLC tag is displayed on the HMI.
