I'm looking for Execution Times of instructions in s7-1500 cpu 

I need to know what is the time exactly of every instructions. 

I don't find

These are the estimates. You have to classify the instruction in your code according to Bit operations,Word operations, Fixed-point arithmetic, Floating-point arithmetic. The add the figures together. 

What do you need to do?

Anyways there is the option to measure the Runtime(As you can see on the above referenced page in the manual):

 You can measure the runtimes of program sequences with the instruction "RUNTIME".

I'd like to know instructions execution times, too. For the S7-300 these times are described in the "S7-300 Instruction List", A5E00105517-10.

In the document you can clearly see (for example) that the execution of POP takes 0.03 microseconds, but the execution of TAK takes 0.06 microseconds (for CPU 317). Sometimes it may be helpful.

Perhaps someone is aware of a similar manual for CPU 1500 ?

Word and other operations). In the manual S7-300 Instruction list, CPU 31xC, CPU 31x, IM 151-7 CPU, IM 151-8 CPU, IM 154-8 CPU, BM 147-1 CPU, BM 147-2 CPU an execution time is given for each operation.

Not a big problem, of course. I suppose that a ratio of execution times is similar for S7-300 and S7-1500. I need't calculate the exact time of code. Just want to use fastest operations.

Computer science types teach this simple thing:

Do not optimize your programming code / logic until it becomes necessary to do so.

If you program it using whatever makes sense, feels like the natural solution to the problem, is easy to explain, requires very little if no documentation to aide future troubleshooting or enhancements, then it's probably a pretty good solution and will probably run reasonably well.

If you run into problems, that is when you need to look at optimization techniques.

That said, you can create a library of common routines your work demands.  Create several versions and compare their runtime for any that are called multiple times every scan.  Choose the fastest version and put the other versions in a library of "slow simple blocks"....
