There's nothing fancy in the project. What have you done so far, have you figured out which method you prefer? Is this a school project?

A way to achieve your requirements  could be the following, when you detect a positive edge of the  pulse first read the system time then subtract the previously stored timestamp to the current one,  finally store the current timestamp as previous one

It has been a while since we ran across such a "no" person in these forums.  NO I cannot figure out how to open a sample project.  NO I cannot be bothered to read documentation and try an instruction.  NO I cannot do that because ....  No I cannot do that other thing because of another reason ...

Seriously, you have been given multiple suggestions, all viable solutions for the time frame of 300-700ms.

How about you try a couple before saying no next time.  You might even like it, and even better, your customer / supervisor might even think you are a problem solver.

that project couldn't open maybe cause there is conflict of versions, im using step 7 Tia portal "V15"

 

 The project is not as easy as it appears. I tried all previous instructions did not work for me because the program must comply with my HMI and paperless project. 

But finally the "Runtime" instruction it's perfect for my project
