really I don't know what to say, people want in this era that we give all to their hands so they really don't need to do anything

So you said that you've found nothing in that document, it takes to me few seconds:

ok now to that registers and access system. look again to that screenshot. there you have all data you need set in your block, you show that with yellow color, thesea re that data you need set to your Client block.

You need look at TIA portal Help about Client block to understand what f.ex. MODE 103 means, look at LEN and start to be familiar with that. On other side, that Server ID isn't on your screenshot, it need be set also prior start comm.

I said there isnt about register addressing 

every body knows by calling  companies support we can get some data 

before living in iran dont judgment us beacuse everything is boykote

so connection by companies is hard way often

no problem with help. On other side your PDF document isn't that helpful, really not, it is only basic information about some specification but how that Modbus is implemented and what exactly cfg is required (also what you require about registers), is missing there.

So again pls, do you request some other help here? It is clear now, you can do tests very easy with that my red color data rectangles, you said that this is working from previous prj but also this can't be true actually because of different cfg right at device, who knows.

It is not effort to write here hundreds of posts with teaching you, you need to do that steps and configure all. If you don't understand to problematic then hurry to learn about basic of programming and especially communications, better also Modbus because really no one here will teach you. We can give you only some recommendations, tips that can depends to all what you did with cfg, programming. Other questions you have?

in the attach file you can find register address for reading dse7420 data

To calculate the register address, multiply the page number with 256 and then add the register offset. 256 x 4 + offset

For Oil Pressure the register address is = 1024

Coolant Temp= 1025
