TP1200 Comfort : Download canceled due to a transfer error: 8020AB001992FFF4

Hi all,

I got this message:

"Download canceled due to a transfer error: 8020AB001992FFF4" when trying to download my HMI project in Tp1200 comfort device.

I'm using TIA Portal V18 update 3 and tried 3 differents image panel:

• v17.0.0.0
• v17.0.0.7
• v17.0.0.8

with always the same result.

Image panel update worked fine. Compiling project works fine too.

Device version is 17.0.0.0 in offline project

Any help would be appreciated.

I already have followed that link and did what they say.

"To ensure that the project can be transferred without communication errors, the appropriate update for the Panel Images must be installed. "

As i mentionned it in my post i tried 3 different OS update and did not managed to make it work.

I used "HMI Panel Image Updater" and it works.

My mystake was to partially Copy the Zipped directories into the destination "C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V18\data\hmi\transfer\17.0" 

I had only the images file without the runtime file updated.

Everything is ok right now !
