TP 1500 Comfort Profinet port 1 of X1 interface not working

Hi,

I have a TP1500 Comfort panel on a production line. 

After connecting to port 1 of the X1 interface to connect to the line and using the Cognex DataMan Setup software to view the status of a camera, port 1 of the X1 interface no longer works. When I connect my ethernet cable to the port, the port's LEDs don't light up and I can't ping it. Note that port 2 works correctly.

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

It is not normal for the port to become unusable due to a connection. Have you tried to reset the panel to factory settings? You can also check if there is a current firmware for the HMI at this link. However, from what you say, it seems as if the port has become unusable.
