I am mechanical engineer. And I have no experience in control system. Please someone tells me how can I understand and read bellow logic diagram. It does not have any symbol and legend. It does not say on which language it is written. Is there any tutorial manual or other document that I can use? I appropriate if someone helps me.

I searched the internet. I guess it is based on Teleperm M. I am not sure. I just received the document for a power plant and I cannot understand it. It dose not have any manual, symbol and legend and ....
