Graphics Designer not displaying .pdl

Hi all. Always when I open Graphics Designer I can't see the New PDL that is always displayed at the start of Graphics Designer. If I try to open another pdl file from WinCC Explorer nothing is displayed either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WinCC but the condition is the same. At first everything worked normally and from one moment to the next it stopped displaying the pdls...Maybe Im doing something wrong. Im using Win 11 Enterprise and WinCC Explorer v7.5. Thanks. JY |

Hi! I recommend that you check whether WinCC V7.5 is compatible with the installed Windows 11 version. -> https://support.industry.siemens.com/compatool/#/main/download If they are compatible I recommend you to update to the latest WinCC update: -> https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/es/view/109793460 |

Hello AutoGen_9946167 Which exact WinCC version do you use? And you can try to reset the View in Graphics Designer: Bye Murof |

Hi. I´m using Win 11 Enterprise and WinCC Explorer v7.5. The point is that it worked sometimes even though they are apparently not compatible. Regards. JY |

Hello AutoGen_9946167 there are a lot of versions available of WinCC V7.5... Which Servicepack and which Update do you have installed? You can see in WinCC explorer -> Help-> About WinCC Explorer Only newer SP and UPd are supported with Windows 11 Bye Murof |
