Hello, Have you used I/O extention board as mentioned in manual? Please note, max current limitation at pin 47,48,49,0r 50 should not exceed 1 Amp. You need to connect I/O via I/O extention board (interface board having relay with low current consumption, via which you can switch ON your relay e.g. 24/16 I/O board e.g. check here or search in your local market) so that PPU output should not get oveerloaded. P. S. - BTW please check current capacity of 24V DC power supply connected. I suggest you to use separate 24V DC power supply, one for PPU power supply & second for I/Os. |
