Try attached program, this may have your desired function. If you cannot load the program, then let me know, which Logo hardware and software you have to create an appropriate version. Maybe this easy version solves your problem. I1-I6 = static feedback signals from the breakers, I7-I12 = control inputs with pushbuttons. Q1-Q6 are on as long as the pushbutton is pressed and the amount of activated breakers is not >=3. In this case the deactivation of the breakers is done directly at the breakers.
