Hernan0529 Regular Member Joined: 5/24/2018 Last visit: 2/7/2023 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Good morning dear friends, I want to connect to the hmi ktp900 basic and then do a download but despite the fact that I already put the ip and I can pin it in the cmd as seen in the image, when I want to connect through the portal, it cannot find the equipment even though i set the correct interface type, the hmi is new. Hernan0529 Regular Member Joined: 5/24/2018 Last visit: 2/7/2023 Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Hello Bernard6, let me tell you that I was able to download from tia portal to wincc through the ethernet cable, I have tiaportal v15 and the panel also in version15.0.1.25. I had to modify the image version of the hmi to version 14 through the prosave then I modified the version of the hmi in the program and I could find it but in the identical ip option then I could already load the program
