Saving few records in USB Stick (Pendrive) Now, Customer wanted to change a pendrive from current to new one and they tried to format pen drive through HMI. Now, HMI is not going in Start mode . When we press start on Program it is going in transfer ...and stuck at that point. Kindly suggest what to do in this case. Does HMI has any recycle bin or something ? or any other way !! Let's see if this way it is reconfigured and you can move the panel to Start? I leave you here how to reset the panel to factory settings: "How do you do a SIMATIC HMI operating system update (firmware update, OS update) on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?" So you have to load the program again from your TIA Portal project Bye Murof

Hello Sanket28 What do you mean exactly with this question? An external USB Pendrive is used only for Storage (manual Backups, Userdata, Logs,...). It should have nothing to do with the Operating System of the Panel. If you mean the \flash\ folder on the internal storage...-> This is the internal system sorage and includes the Simatic application (Panel Runtime) and other important data -> do not delete....
