Also with CP 5613 it is not possible, but the check for S7 slaves was first included for V6.0 SP5 version configurations. Best Regards Your Simatic Support

Typical configuration in my project PC with CP5613,ET200S as normal slave and ET200SCPU as Islave.Connection type- MS. Only with version 6.2 and CP5613A2 it is not possible insert configured station in HW Configuration.

This works in every case because this is DP standard slave. To use slaves out of HWconfig (these have the S7 slave flag set) this normally needs a S7 CPU. With some restrictions these slaves may perhaps work with CP 5613, but this is not the normal way. Best Regards, Your Simatic Support
