Dear All, Recently, we have problem that our Web Navigator Client did not connect with Web Navigator server (Previously the Webnavigator running well). WinCC Runtime on the Web Server stillruns when the problem occurs. The problem solved after we restarted the Web Server. We then check the event viewer and found the error message "Error: Initialize AppRT:WebDiagClient License service failed 0" We already uninstall the Webnavigator software and the Wincc software but the problem still happen.
