Although I have no logo with transistor outputs, but only with relay outputs. I have the ratio pulse/pause time set at 1: 1 (500 of 1000 units) and the value received for the periodic time on 2/100ths of a second set. So I could still hear an audible switching of the relay, a to the relay output connected LED lights almost steady. Then I set the value for the periodic time to 1/100th of a second, the smallest possible value. The relay no longer attracted. The manual says that when transistor outputs the actual frequency is only dependent on the Cycle time. That's why it is bad, you to provide details. You'd have to know the cycle time of your program.
