Hello every one I work on project about model predictive control.my question is : is siemens have module for MPC ? |

Hello turkoghly; Your requirements seem to have changed since last summer. At that time you were insisting on writing a Model Predictive Control block by yourself in Step 7. Now you are inquiring on existig MPC blocks from Siemens. As mentionned in our original exchanges last year, PCS 7 (a distributed process control environment from Siemens) has an integrated Model Predictive Controller block, as part of their Advanced Process Library (APL). first thanks for your help.mr Chartier my requirement have not changed. my project is persistent and is base on implement mpc on plc by designing function block of mpc.and I get good resuts . I only want to know about specifications of module if this module made by siemens and compare with my method. |
