Hello friends,

We had a PC OS crash. We repaired the OS. But after repairs when we try to open the WinCC project it is showing:

1. Configured Server is not available. Do you want to open the project using the local computer as the server.   After clicking Start server locally after some times following message comes.

2. Cannot open WinCC project- Project Manager for configured WinCC Server is not already running - Start project manager for configured server.

Also i am not able to open the SQL Server Management Studio. - it shows message Package 'Microsoft SQL Management Studio Package' failed to load. - Both warning and error and the application closes if I click Ok.

Ref-WinCC7.0 SP3

Ran Windows recovery CD.

And in SQL- services SQL WinCC is automaticly started.

Also closed and started manually. Still same result.
