regarding SIMATIC 545 i face the following problem :

When i power supply the system :

The red led " CPU GOOD " is off

The red leds " BATT GOOD " and " RUN " are on

The red led " DC POWER GOOD " on the 505-6660 power supply module is OFF.

Many red leds on the IO modules are on.

CPU can't comminicate with HMI neither with pc to download a new program.

I replaced the cpu, but same results.

I replaced the 1st module ( POWER SUPPLY 505-6660 ) but same results.

I pluged out all IO modules, even CPU but the POWER SUPPLY does not light the red led "DC POWER GOOD"

Should i replace the rack too ?

May be it is humidity problem inside the rack ?

Split from SIMATIC 545.

Finally the problem was created by the power supply module.

Inside the electronic board of the new power supply you must plug a cable to the 230VAC or 110VAC pin.

Now all leds are on and voltages ok.

I hope this could help someone else
