Does anyone have a hard copy or link to the hardware manuals for the TI530C?

I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have a hard copy or link to the hardware manuals for the TI530C? I still have one of these units haunting me and through a few operators at the site, the manuals have been lost.
