I'm working in a project with S7-1500 + Microbox PC. I used WinCC V7.4 SP1 for runtime. MicroBox PC operating system is Windows 10. The licenses installed are:

WinCC system software V7.4 SP1, RC 128 (128 Power Tags), Runtime/Configuration software.
WinCC/User-Archives V7.4
WinCC/Audit RT V7.4
WinCC/Audit RC V7.4

I have a problem with users logging, when I log on with any user, after seconds automatically is logged out. I copied the project in another computer (windows 7) and this problem does not happen, the user keeps the session all the time, only the session is closed when I manually end it.

It seems that the problem is in the microbox pc, maybe something is missing to install or is wrong.

NOTES: I'm not using automatic Log out tool from User Administrator Panel. I'm not using Simatic Logon.

What version of W10 are you using?

Make sure you have installed the correct version compatible with WinCC Classic V7.4 and you have installed the latest Update, so far is UPD8 for SP1.

It is necessary to Update WinCC Audit to the latest version: V7.4 SP1 Update 1

In the release notes there is the following improvement listet:

"Audit is improved to stabilize PASSDBRT during SIMATIC Logon."

There were crashes of the PASSDBRT.exe which lead to an automatic logout when using SIMATIC Logon on a system with WinCC Audit.

In my case the Update to the latest WinCC version (V7.4 SP1 Update 9):

and the Update of WinCC Audit solved the issue.

I am also facing the same issue. Is it need to update both (Wincc and Audit) or only Wincc?

(I did it for both but at that time wincc was giving error (server not available) after uninstalled Audit update, wincc get opened.)
