i would like to know the reason for which  the connection between pc and hmi (plc siemens)  fail,even if i use the ethernet connection . in particular when I try to download the device (thanks to TIA PORTAL). The model of the device is a  KTP700 BASIC ,6AV2123-2GB03-0AX0.

PLEASE give me explains about the process to download this device.
