S7-200 and RS232-RS485/PPI problem with RF transceivers

Diana Greetings Diana, I'm attaching a modbus protocol file.Just change SMB30 ( port 0 control register ) , to SMB130 (port 1 control register ) It's on page 470 in the S7-200 Manual. Husam Posts: 101 Rating: (11)	Hi All, You want to know what i did as a workaround to the RS232 problem?? I have used a standard RS232 cable, but didn't ever use WinCC. I have spent, with my team, 3 months developing a VB.NET application that looks very similar to WinCC and then developed our own RS232 Driver so that connectivity between PLC, VB.NET is established successfully. The only drawback with my application is that it is a bit slower than WinCC, we'll be working on speeding up the application's performance.. Thanks all for your kind help and support, BR//
