We are running a WinCC 15.1 Runtime Advanced application on a panel-PC. After running the software for a while, an dialogue is displayed with the following message message: Despite the error message the application seems to be working fine, but the dialogue is rather annoying and our customer will not accept the system as it is. Note: A similar case can be found here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/wincc-runtime-advanced-v15-error/190552. That problem was solved by updating Automation License Manager (ALM). We have tried the following: Any ideas? Are there any log files that can be checked for more information on what is generating the message? System data:

Hello I would try to deinstall the ALM restart the PC and install the one you can download from the Support Pages: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/114358 this helps us in the past Bye Murof |
