Thank you for the picture. But if I use LWE V1.1.1 at Windows 10 I’ve never seen this. And I have no idea about the reason. If you still use an older version, you can try the upgrade (incl. LOGO!Soft Comfort), link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109811402 Hint: You have to uninstall the “old” LWE version before, because only one version of LWE is possible on a PC. If you are not yet registered, the registration must be carried out beforehand because the software is restricted to export. When registering, the check mark must be set for "Access authorization for downloading export-restricted software", see: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109744535 |
