Hi everyone,

I'm having some troubles updating the firmware from Version 2.0.12 to V2.6 (I've tried 2.6.4 and 2.6.11).

The CPU is a 313C-2 DP (6ES7 313-6CF03-0AB0) and following the requirements, a SIMATIC FIELD PG and a MMC with 2MB capacity.

It's true that SIEMENS recomends a MMC at least 4MB capacity but some of you had achivied the update with the 2MB one, if I understood well.

I tried to follow the steps but everytime it shows me the error code 33:279, which refers to a MMC with insuficient capacity.

Has anybody had the same issue?

as my opinion, I think that this series CPUs with firmw. 2.x.x (also 315-2 DP) is impossible to update the firmware to higher as 2.6.x.
