We are using Desigo CC Engineering and standard reporting (Trend Table, Alarm Report, internal Report Definition).
However, we cannot find or launch the Eclipse-based BIRT Report Designer on our system.

There is no eclipse.exe or BIRT Designer installed; only the internal NewReportDefinition editor is available in System Manager.
After checking License Management Utility → Licensed Products, we do not see any feature related to Advanced Reporting Engineering / BIRT Report Designer.

Could someone please confirm:

1. Is Advanced Reporting Engineering required to design custom .rptdesign (BIRT) reports in Desigo CC?
2. What is the exact license name / feature ID required?
3. Is the BIRT Report Designer installed automatically with this license, or does it require a separate installation package?

Any official documentation or guidance would be appreciated.
