Hello ercanbozy; Your CPU 416-2 is no longer supported. The following link takes you to the Standard S7-400 CPUs offered by Siemens today: https://www.automation.siemens.com/mcms/programmable-logic-controller/en/simatic-s7-controller/s7-400/cpu/standard-cpus/Pages/Default.aspx#SIMATIC%20S7-400%20CPU%20416-2%20%20 It looks like the S7-414-2 offer similar memory areas as the ones included with your original CPU, but ypu would have to check if other features are covered as well.
