OP77A & OP77B System Date & Time

chintu Posts: 29 Rating: (1)	Dear Sir, I am facing problem of Date & time in OP77A & OP77B. I have configured date & time IO field in my program. After that i have downloaded program in OP77A. But it do not show current date. Is it possible to show current date in OP77A & OP77B without synchronise with PLC. Plz give information about it. Regards

chintu Posts: 29 Rating: (1)	Dear Nemo, I know to do syncronisation between PLC & OP77B through Wincc Flexible & display system date on OP77. But If i will power on only OP77A & power off PLC then OP77A show bydefault system date like 3/3/2005. As soon as i power on of PLC, this date change when i go to other screen & come back to again date screen. So is it possible to set current date & time in OP77A & OP77B. so when we will start OP77, it shows current date & time. Also can you tell me that we can change date & time format. Regards chintu

So everytime you cut the power, the clock will be lost. It's only possible to synchronize with CPU to get actual time. Or the operator has to change it on the panel. The format of Date and Time depends on the choosen project language. (see manual) Best regards, Wizard
