as my experience indigsi V4.85/4.86/4.87 there are some bugs.. or may be elephant ..
if you need ICD/ICD files from SIPROTEC to use for other vendors it is much better you use DIGSI V4.84.
I have some exprerience with DIGSI V4.87 for config the Siemens BCU
the format of logical nodes big different with Digsi V4.84,
mainly in report control block if you add measurement then event our SICAM PAS can't connect to siemens BCU it self.
in this caseyou can compare ICD files from DIGSI V4.84 and DigsiV4.87 for the measurement.
special for Digsi V4.87 you can select IEC61850 Edition 1 or edition 2
