Interoperabilty of Siemens relays

Stixx Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hi I am using a 7SD533 Siemens relay and a SEL 421. Siemens relay can send a goose message to SEL relay and SEL relay vai an LED shows that communication was succesfull. Now a goose message sent from theSEL relay does not seem to reach the Siemens relay. Please note the goose messages contain status values. Please note the SEL relay goose message is being published on the network. Are they any rules regarding goose message contents for Siemens relay for communication to occur? Best Regards

It's difficult to explain all the functionalities from a device via a Forum. You have tocheck if the GOOSE Message has the parameters which Siprotec is waiting for. Opn the EN100 device log using the IP address of Siprotec /home. then open Statistics. Mike
