Hello Sariq Salim Electrically you can operate the 240V AC Lamp or CFLs, you just have to connect your two phases instead of phase and neutral in the original connection ( Not the way you have marked ). However It is recommended from personnel safety point of view. One of the conductors should be earthed ( e.g. if the 240V supply is from a Control transformer, then one phase is usually earthed at the Transfromer end ). Hope this helps Cheers Navnag |
