I have recently tried to Install Digsi 4.87 on my laptop. However I am having trouble installing the software. I have uploaded a screenshot of the problem I face. I am able to go through the normal installation procedure however the program just suddenly doesnt want to install the main part of the DigSi software as shown by the screenshot. I am well aware that Digsi 4.87 was made for windows 7 x64. However i have gone through both 64 bit and 32 bit and still face the same issue during installation.

I have checked the logs that are created and have come to the conclusion that it could be because the serial key that I am using has ALREADY BEEN USED, but im not sure if thats the case and would like clarification.

So i suggest to uninstall the digsi program and remove any files in c drive related to Siemens energy Manuelly.

2- as mike said you have to check if you install step 7 on your PC some times you installed any other program that might use step 7 program .so you have to uninstall it also, then try to install digsi again.

3-maybe you need to install any previous digsi .then install the digsi 4.87 maybe you have the upgrade files not complete digsi program.
