You are right Late... this will never ever work... not only because the communication bus is missing in the ET200M. The peripheral bus, available in theET200 M,is not useable for the CP...
The CP requires a MPI Address.

I wonder, if you want to have two PROFIBUS DP Master Systems in your H System, why do you not use another CP 443-5 Extended in each System part?
