I am unable to find 0BA6 controller in the catalog of comfort version 8 

I just want to connect with the controller using usb-logo cable and want to Upload/transfer program from controller to my PC.

My 2nd question is that do i need to put my controller in stop mode to upload the program. Is there any way to upload program while controller is running. Actually i don't want to shutdown the machine which is being controlled by this controller.

You probably think that you are not able to select the interface for the USB cable.
Shows you because the interface selection at all a COM interface on?
Make nevertheless times a screenshot of it.

You can transmit a program change only in STOP mode of the logo. Program changes during the program cycle is not possible.

Actually there is a compressor unit in our plant which is controlled by the OBA6 controller and i just want to take the backup of logic which is inside that controller.
I dont want to change any thing i just want to take backup so that in case of controller failure i can easily install new controller.

BTW I have licensed LOGO soft Comfort v8 and a USB-LOGO cable. 

In LOGO Soft Comfort you must select at firts the right LOGO version.

You will find a selection box on the right down site of the worrkspace on your PC

When download or upload the programma you must select the right interface, its is for the 0BA6 the CABLE. 

Notice that the LOGO stops automatically when you upload or download, but start NOT ALWAYS after it automaticaly. So beware that your LOGO is in RUN after down or upload.
