Hello everybody,

I am testing my CPU and DI/DO modules with simple programs. The hardware is composed by the following devices:

     - CPU 315-2DP -> 6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0

     - Power supply PS 307 5A -> 6ES7 307-1EA00-0AA0 

     - 1 Module 16xDI -> 6ES7 321-1BH01-0AA0

     - 1 Module 8xDI + 8xDO (simulation module) -> 6ES7 374-2XH01-0AA0

     - 1 Module 16xDO -> 6ES7 322-1BH01-0AA0

The problem is that when I activate one of the inputs of the module 374 (illuminated in the attached picture), the corresponding output of the module 322 isn't activated. In the program is ON, but not in the hardware. I thought that maybe the module 374 is not compatible with the 322, so I tried to use one of the inputs of the module 321. I tried to force it to 1, TIA Portal displays a message saying that the variable has been forced correctly but it doesn' turn ON, neither in the software nor in the hardware. Could someone help me with this? I am stuck and i don't know what is the fail.

The output module is already fed with 24 V but its output doesn't switch on (find a picture attached). What am I doing wrong?
