very sry but how we can help you if you don't provide clear informations. What exactly you want to open so then this message appears? Give us some screenshots of that directory where are files to see them or any good screenshot what can help Forum users to give some help. ZIP screenshots in case you want post more of them here.

Update: now I think about one thing - files attributes. Hope your situation is only that some files have their attribute set as system or read only so if this is your case then is simple to set them as Archive attribute. I expect this can be set with complete tree of project directory. My idea is that maybe due open of project proceedure, some files need to be changed or updated logically

looks like you don't understand to my advice. I don't know if my advice is right reason of your problem but I expect you show files inside OS and directory of project via Total Commander as best, to see what attributes files have. Really if you still don't know what I'm talking about then very sry, I expect some basic technical knowledge about Computers and system as mandatory. On other side, you have there on that window error code so you can find via this code exact reason maybe inside Step7 SW Help.

Check the folder attributes in windows explorer like already recommended.

Furthermore, are you using V5.7?
If yes, It can also be caused by the project messages.

yes I use step 7 V5.7 and the project was developed by V5.6
