Can i conclude that it is due to system limitation are there is a turnaround. I was thinking to integrate the running hours either every second than every cycle time.

Hi Sriniiter,

I have run into a similar issue before hence my understanding of the situation.  Usually the running hours of a machine does not need high accuracy.  Counting the seconds with a totalizer or simple counter function using a DInt type gives good resolution and excellent range.  DInt full range gives range of many (>60 year) years.  Simply count the seconds while the machine is running (and has a command to run) and then convert to hours. Further refining can be to convert to Real type to show fraction because testing then would not take an hour to confirm counting is working.
