Connecting to CPU315F-2DP and should change minor parameter on compare block,

I get warning: Call of the block FC102 in FC9 was reduced. (message 34:4470)

It says Valid information will be constructed at the next save.

The last download was in 2010 and with older version than I’m using,  V5.5+SP4

Questions:

Will this affect operation?

How can I solve this without affect operation?
